How much do you charge?

Let's talk about the elephant in the room: Budget. The big ole bottom line is always on the forefront when looking for speakers. There is no cut and dry answer for "how much do you charge," as each business and their needs are different. Whether you're a multi-million dollar franchise or a nonprofit on a shoelace budget, Debra would love nothing more than to hear from you. Simply click here to contact her.

What is your availability?

If you're scouring this website for a calendar of Debra's upcoming events, you'll be looking for a long, long time. (Hint: A public calendar doesn't exist!) The easiest thing to do is contact her with the dates that you are interested in and she will get back with you as soon as possible.

Where do you train?

While she may be based out of Iowa, Debra most certainly has zero travel restrictions or warrants for her arrest. She has trained from coast-to-coast. Though she's never trained internationally, Debra wouldn't rule it out. Any takers???

What size of audience do you work with?

Whether you have an audience of 1 (see Career Coaching) or 12,000, no problem. Debra definitely is not one who would be freaked out to see her face on a jumbotron.

What hours do you work?

Debra is very flexible with hours. She can do evenings, weekends. Heck, she's even done a training session at 2am. So, yes, she's flexible.

Are there any topics you don't train on?

Debra tends to stay away from OSHA regulations (and all of its like-minded cousins), some substance abuse education, and compliance topics, such as sexual harassment.
