Debra, The Career Coach

What in the world is "Career Coaching," you might be asking yourself. Debra likes to compare a career coach to an athletic coach or personal trainer. Even the very best athletes need a coach to guide them to the next level. Someone to listen to them, assess their situation and push their performance to the peak of their potential.

Perhaps you are at a point in your career where you need some help determining how to climb that corporate ladder. Maybe you're a stay at home parent who is looking to reenter the workforce. Possibly you're a clown college graduate who is looking for a career change.

Debra is your go-to gal.

These are one-on-one coaching sessions where Debra provides advice, guidance, and support. She is trained to concentrate on where a client is currently and then help that individual develop goals, plans, and action steps toward a future goal(s).

These sessions can be face to face, over the phone or, heck, Debra's even happy to Skype. If you want to fly her to Italy to have your session, she's game.

Debra charges $1 per minute and the typical session lasts around 75 minutes. (If you aren't a mathematician, that means each session is roughly $75.) Sometimes your plan of attack can be accomplished within a few sessions while other people find it more beneficial to have regularly scheduled meetings. Debra is more flexible than a rubber band and promises to always have your best interest top of mind.

If any of the above trips your trigger, simply reach out to Debra here for more information.
